When it comes to your financial information, there is never enough security. In order to enhance your security, we will be adding a personal touch to NetTeller Internet Banking, our new multifactor authentication software. In the near future when you log into NetTeller, you will see a list of questions and you can pick which questions that you would like to answer and type in your personal answers. This is a fully automated system, therefore employees of Campbell & Fetter Bank will not know what questions you selected or the answers you chose. Our new multifactor authentication software will track your NetTeller activity for 30 days and decide what is "normal" activity is for you. Thereafter, any "unusual" NetTeller activity will prompt you with your selected security questions. This is just another way Campbell & Fetter Bank is helping you keep your financial information safe.
