What terms do you offer on your mortgages?
Fixed Rate: 10 years to 30 years
Adjustable Rate: 1 yr, 3 yrs, 5 yrs, 7 yrs
(20 yr amortization)
Construction: 6 months
What are the rates?
Due to the daily changing of rates, please call your local branch for current rates.
Is a down payment required?
Not always, we do have programs for minimal down payment. If you have less than 20% down, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) is required.
What are the closing costs?
We offer low closing costs on all our loans. Call your local branch for more details.
Do you require my taxes and insurance to be escrowed?
If you have less than 20% down and a term longer than 15 years, you must escrow. If you have at least 20% down, then you may not be required to escrow. However, there may be a rate adjustment if you chose not to escrow. Please contact your local branch for more details.
Can I get "pre-qualified" for free?
Absolutely! We offer FREE pre-qualifications, please call your local branch for complete details.
How do I get started?
It's Simple! Call your local branch to set an appointment to fill out an application. Just be sure to bring the following items with you:
- 1 month of most recent paystubs for all borrowers
- Last 2 years W-2's for all borrowers
- Last 2 years Federal Tax Returns (mandatory for self-employed)
- Last 2 months bank statements from all bank accounts
- Most recent 401k and/or investment statements
- Government issued photo I.D.
- Account information for all debt payments and credit cards
- Description of property (if refinancing or have a property in mind)
- Purchase agreement
- Any other documents you feel would be of importance
